在第一集，攝影師沿著扶手電梯來回了一次中環半山，讓大家對半山的景色有個大概的理解。因為路線關係，經過很多特色的建築物，攝影師也過門不入，令大家有種走馬看花的感覺。

本集介紹的建築物包括﹕

今次我們挑選了中環半山一些有特色的建築物，這些建築物歷史悠久，部份甚至有上百年的歷史，它們的建築風格都深具西洋特色，落戶在香港這塊土地上，令香港這個華洋雜處之地，散發著別具一格的特色。

首先我們會到大館，它位於中環荷李活道，沿著扶電梯前進，很快就可以到達大館。大館是由多棟建築物組成的建築群，包括香港警察總部和中區警署，前域多利監獄和前中央裁判司署，可說是集西式衙門與牢獄於一身。在經過十年時間的活化工程後，大館在2018年重新對外開放，現在的大館，除了是香港的法定古蹟外，同時是當代的藝術中心。

最初のエピソードでは、写真家はエスカレーターに沿ってMid-Levels Centralに行き来し、すべての人にMid-Levelsの風景の一般的な理解を与えました。 ルートの関係で、多くの特徴的な建物を通り過ぎた後、写真家はドアを通り抜けることができず、誰もが花を見ているように感じます。 今回は、ミッドレベルセントラルにある特徴的な建物をいくつか選びました。これらの建物は長い歴史があり、100年以上の歴史を持つ建物もあります。それらの建築様式は深く西洋的で、香港の土地に定住しています。場所中国人と外国人が混在する場所は、独特の特徴を醸し出しています。

まず、セントラルのハリウッドロードにあるタイクンに行き、エスカレーターに沿って歩くと、すぐにタイクンに到着できるようになります。 大館當代は、香港警察本部と中央警察署、旧ビクトリア刑務所、旧中央治安判事を含む複数の建物で構成された複合施設であり、西洋式の役所と刑務所の組み合わせと言えます。 10年間の活性化プロジェクトの後、2018年に大館當代が一般公開されました。現在の大館當代は香港の法定記念碑であるだけでなく、現代アートセンターでもあります。

In the first episode, it walked along the escalator to Mid-Levels Central to give everyone a general understanding of the mid-levels scenery. Because of the route, after passing many characteristic buildings, the photographer can’t get through. This time we have selected some distinctive buildings in Mid-Levels Central. These buildings have a long history, and some even have a history of over a hundred years. Their architectural styles are deeply Western. They are settled on the land of Hong Kong. The place where Chinese and foreign are mixed, exudes unique characteristics.

First we will go to Tai Kwun, which is located on Hollywood Road in Central, walk along the escalator and you will be able to reach Tai Kwun very soon. Tai Kwun is a complex composed of multiple buildings, including the Hong Kong Police Headquarters and the Central Police Station, the former Victoria Prison and the former Central Magistracy. It can be said to be a combination of Western-style government offices and prisons. After a ten-year revitalization project, the Tai Kwun reopened to the public in 2018. The current Tai Kwun, in addition to being a legal monument of Hong Kong, is also a contemporary art center.
