每隔十年舉辦一次的錦田鄉酬恩建醮，最近一次已在 2025 年 12 月 13 日至 19 日盛大舉行。整個活動最矚目的焦點，莫過於那座震撼視覺的臨時竹製醮棚。它不僅吸引了無數遊人慕名而來，更正式列入健力士世界紀錄大全，被認證為「全球最大臨時竹構祭壇」，讓香港傳統工藝揚威國際。
今集我們會帶大家直擊現場盛況！錦田鄉酬恩建醮的舉行地點，位於錦田水頭村周王二公書院前。交通方面，我們選擇乘坐港鐵到錦上路站，經 C 出口前往轉車站。在這裡，你可以選乘專線小巴 601 或 601B，在「水頭村」站下車；亦可乘搭 251B 巴士，在「蒙養小學」下車。我當日選擇了乘巴士，大約 10 分鐘車程就到達。
下車後，只需步行約 15 至 20 分鐘即可抵達現場。沿途可以慢慢欣賞新界的鄉郊景色，與喧鬧的市區景觀相比，這份寧靜別有一番風味。來到現場，入口處那座色彩繽紛的傳統巨型花牌絕對值得駐足欣賞，畢竟這種具規模的手工花牌，在現今社會已是難得一見。
除了最吸睛的竹製醮棚外，現場還設有美食市集、非遺文化展館及多座神壇。最令人讚嘆的是，這座獲得世界紀錄認證的醮棚，是由 17 位資深師傅、花費兩個月時間、以 30,000 多支竹子搭建而成。整座結構沒有動用過一顆釘子，純粹依靠傳統搭棚工藝完成，展示了香港獨有的非物質文化遺產之美。

10年に一度だけ開催される錦田郷（カムティン）の伝統行事「酬恩建醮（しゅうおんけんしょう）」が、2025年12月13日から19日にかけて盛大に執り行われました。今回最大の注目は、何といっても視覚的なインパクトを放つ巨大な竹製祭壇（醮棚）です。多くの参拝客を魅了したこの祭壇は、正式にギネス世界記録の「世界最大の仮設竹造祭壇」として認定され、香港の伝統技術を世界に知らしめることとなりました。
今回の動画では、現地の熱気をダイレクトにお届けします！会場は錦田水頭村の「周王二公書院」前です。アクセスは、MTR 錦上路駅（C出口）から乗り換え地点へ。ミニバス 601または601B で「水頭村」下車、もしくは バス 251B で「蒙養小學」下車（乗車時間約10分）が便利です。
下車後、徒歩15〜20分ほどで会場に到着します。道中では、都会の喧騒とは一味違う、新界（ニューテリトリー）ののどかな田園風景を楽しむことができます。会場に到着してまず目に飛び込んでくる鮮やかで巨大な「花看板（花牌）」は必見です。これほど大規模な手作りの看板は、現代社会では滅多に見られない貴重なものです。
会場内には、ギネス認定の竹製祭壇のほか、屋台村や非物質文化遺産（無形文化遺産）の展示館、様々な祭壇が並んでいます。驚くべきことに、この祭壇は17人の熟練職人が2ヶ月をかけ、3万本以上の竹を使って組み上げたものです。釘を一本も使わず、純粋に伝統的な足場建築技術だけで造られており、香港独自の文化遺産の美しさを見事に体現しています。 見

The Kam Tin Rural Committee Jiao Festival (Chou Yan Kin Jiu), held only once a decade, was grandly celebrated from December 13th to 19th, 2025. The centerpiece of the entire event was undoubtedly the visually stunning temporary bamboo pavilion. This magnificent structure not only drew countless visitors but also earned a place in the Guinness World Records as the “Largest Temporary Bamboo Structure (Altar)," showcasing Hong Kong’s traditional craftsmanship to the international stage.
In this episode, we’re taking you straight to the heart of the festivities! The festival was held in front of the Chou Wong Yi Kung Study Hall in Shui Tau Tsuen, Kam Tin. For transportation, we took the MTR to Kam Sheung Road Station (Exit C). From there, you can transfer to Green Minibus 601 or 601B to “Shui Tau Tsuen" station, or take Bus 251B to “Mung Yeung Public School." I chose the bus, which was a quick 10-minute ride.
After getting off, it’s a pleasant 15 to 20-minute walk to the venue. Along the way, you can enjoy the serene New Territories countryside—a refreshing contrast to the bustling city center. Upon arrival, the vibrant, traditional giant flower plaques (Fa Pui) at the entrance are a must-see; such large-scale handmade decorations are becoming a rare treasure in modern times.
Beyond the record-breaking bamboo pavilion, the site features a food market, Intangible Cultural Heritage exhibitions, and various altars. Most impressively, this legendary structure was built by 17 master craftsmen over two months using more than 30,000 bamboo poles. Assembled without a single nail through pure traditional scaffolding techniques, it is a masterpiece of Hong Kong’s unique cultural heritage.
