在急速發展的 2026 年，香港依然保有著一份純粹的傳統情懷。今日，我們從青衣港鐵站出發，步行走入一年一度的「葵青戲棚」，親身感受這場結合信仰、藝術與美食的文化盛會。
葵青戲棚最獨特之處在於其「一棚兩誕」的傳統。自 1961 年起，為了善用資源，街坊鄰里決定將日期相近的「真君誕」與「天后誕」合併舉辦，共用同一座巨型戲棚。這項傳統延續至今已足足 65 載，成為青衣區內最具代表性的文化符號。
影片拍攝期間正值「真君誕」。相傳真君大帝是南宋時期的抗元英雄，亦是長期守護青衣一方平安的神明。在祭壇前，看著善信們誠心參拜的背影，能深刻感受到這份深植於社區的信仰之根。
我們在入棚看戲前，特別記錄了那座令人驚嘆的巨大竹棚。這座完全由竹枝交錯、無須鋼釘組成的建築，是名副其實的非物質文化遺產，展現了極致的東方手工之美。而棚內坐無虛席、鑼鼓鏗鏘的粵劇演出，更讓這座傳統建築擁有了生命力。
除了震撼的視覺感受，現場的煙火氣息同樣誘人。超過 50 個美食攤位構築成一場大型嘉年華，從懷舊味道到創意料理一應俱全。我們更在人群中尋獲了罕見的麵粉公仔工藝，看著師傅指尖流轉出的傳統人偶，彷彿時光倒流，回到了那個單純、熱鬧的青衣歲月。

真君大帝は南宋時代の抗元英雄と伝えられ、長年この地を見守ってきた守護神です。祭壇の前で熱心に祈りを捧げる参拝客の姿からは、地域に深く根ざした信仰の絆を感じることができます。
● 竹棚工藝と広東オペラの魂
公演の前に、私たちはこの驚異的な巨大竹棚を記録しました。釘を一分も使わず、竹と紐だけで組み上げられたこの建物は「無形文化遺産」に登録されており、東洋の伝統技術の極致を物語っています。そして満席の会場に響き渡る広東オペラの力強い調べが、この竹の建築に命を吹き込みます。
● 街角のカーニバル：伝統工芸とグルメ
視覚的な感動だけでなく、会場には食欲をそそる香りが漂っています。50を超える屋台が並び、懐かしの味から最新の創作料理まで楽しめる大型カーニバルのようです。さらに、今では珍しくなった「練り切り細工（麺粉公仔）」の職人技も発見。職人の指先から魔法のように生まれる人形を見ていると、古き良き香港へタイムスリップしたような感覚に包まれます。

In the fast-paced world of 2026, Hong Kong still cherishes its authentic traditional roots. Today, we take a short walk from Tsing Yi MTR Station to the annual “Tsing Yi Bamboo Theatre"—a vibrant cultural celebration blending faith, performing arts, and street food.
● The Heritage of “Two Festivals, One Theatre"
The most unique aspect of the Tsing Yi Bamboo Theatre is the “Two Festivals, One Theatre" tradition. Since 1961, the local community has combined the celebrations of the “Zhen Jun Festival" and the “Tin Hau Festival" to share a single, magnificent bamboo structure. This year marks the 65th anniversary of this tradition, a symbol of the community’s shared heritage.
● Zhen Jun: The Guardian Deity of Tsing Yi
Our visit coincided with the Zhen Jun Festival. Legend has it that Zhen Jun was a hero from the Southern Song Dynasty who fought against Mongolian invaders and is now revered as the protector of Tsing Yi. Observing the devotees praying at the altar, one can truly feel the deep-rooted spiritual connection of the neighborhood.
● The Soul of Bamboo Craftsmanship and Cantonese Opera
Before the show, we captured the breathtaking bamboo theatre itself. Built entirely from bamboo poles and plastic ties—without a single nail—this structure is a recognized Intangible Cultural Heritage, showcasing the pinnacle of Oriental craftsmanship. Inside, the packed house and the rhythmic sounds of Cantonese Opera breathe life into this temporary architectural masterpiece.
● A Street Carnival of Craft and Cuisine
Beyond the visual spectacle, the air is filled with the tantalizing aroma of street food. With over 50 stalls offering everything from nostalgic snacks to modern fusion, it feels like a grand carnival. We even spotted the rare art of “Dough Dolls" (flour figurines). Watching the master craft intricate figures with his fingertips feels like a journey back to simpler, more nostalgic times.
